Updates

Hello!

If you have noticed I have changed the blog around a little bit. I still have big plans on making this blog a helpful blog! I will still blog about my adventures through Wizard101 and Pirate101, I also want to make it helpful for new wizards.


I have many plans for this blog! I really hope all of you will love the new updates that I will have on this blog. I am going to keep making posts about the updates so no one will get confused about all of the new updates :) Here's the most recent ones...

*Labels*

Labels are a place where you can view certain blog posts about a certain subject. Right now I have three labels.. Pirate101, Wizard101 and Wizard101 UK. The Pirate101 Label is only about Pirate101 posts, the Wizard101 Label is only about Wizard101 posts and the Wizard101 UK Label is only about Wizard101 UK posts! There are some posts that might involve two of them or maybe all of them. You will notice that with a few recent posts including this one.

*Pirate101 Bloggers*

I decided to made two different areas of bloggers/sites. I didn't want to mix Wizard101 and Pirate101 together too much so I made a different Link List for Pirate101! You will notice this right under the Labels (Blog Posts) If I haven't added your blog yet, tell me! I love adding blogs to the Pirate101 and Wizard101 list! 

*Pirate101 and Wizard101*

Last but not least, the Pirate101 and Wizard101 mix! This is a lot of fun. I am mixing two games together! I wanted to have them both because I usually blog about both of them and I will be. I hope you don't mind if you aren't planning on playing Pirate101!

Help with Blog Cursor!

Hello there!

This post is a post I was planning on making the last month. I hope this post helps everyone. First of all, I will help you with any questions you have down below! Before I get started with how to get a cursor, it may be difficult. Try a couple of times before giving up or ask me a question. I had to keep trying before I finally understood! Good luck :)

How to get a different Cursor:

1. Before you get started go to blogger.com, don't forget to sign in :) Click on template and then Edit HTML.
2. Now click on a new page and go to Google Images, make sure to leave your other page (Edit HTML) open.  http://images.google.com/ This is going to be a little example, to show you how to add cursors. Type in: "Pirate Ship" After typing that in, Scroll down and you will see something that says Any Size. Click on Exactly It now says you have to type in a width and height. Type in 32 for both. You will see a Pirate Ship that I had on my blog a few days ago! Click on the Pirate Ship and then click on Full- Size Image - You will have to click fast. - 
3. Now that you see this, you have to go above and copy the link. Time to go back to the HTML page! This part will be difficult.. You have to find this Keyword: style
4. Once you find this keyword you will see something that says Cursor URL .... , Progress. You have to post your link right between these 2 words. Here's an example. Cursor url ( http.... ), progress. Once you do this make sure to click Save Template

Once you clicked Save Template you should see a Pirate Ship!! Once you have completed that, you can go and try to find another cursor to place on your blog :) Share and RT there may be Wizards and Pirates out there that really want a new Cursor on their blog :) I hope you all completed that. Pirate101 and Wizard101

Hello Wizards and Pirates!

Today I wanted to make a random post about Pirate101 and Wizard101 similarities. You can tell the differences between the similarities too! I've noticed a Platypus, Sharks any many other things  in the Pirate101 Game Preview shots. I'm sure there are many more similarities.

Shark:

- I see a lot of Graphic change between the sharks, the robes too of course!

Horse:

- Most of the horses, other than the mounts, are unicorn like horses! I decided to put this horse instead since all of them are standing up.

Magma!

- Wizard101 has a lot of Magma! If you ever get a chance to check this game out, you will notice that :) Its crazy of how much there is. There's an entire world made out of it! Plus a spell (Rain of Fire)

Being a P101 Fansite

Hello there!

Well Blaze Shadowhorn made a comment on my recent post, it was a very great comment because he said that a purpose of a Fansite is the FANS, not because of the popularity. I couldn't agree more! That's why I wanted to make a short blog post about it.


Lets talk about everyone planning on submitting a fansite first.

If you are planning on submitting a link to KI to become an official blog/ site, always remember that its not because of popularity. Being a Fansite is very important and you can't depend on the popularity of it. I'm sure any of the official W101 and soon to be P101 fansiters will agree. Remember always to think about your fans! I always do! I am very glad they followed this site and it makes me feel great about blogging :) I love blogging about my favorite game! The question is.. do you? If you do, go this link to submit your blog/site right away! :)

There are so many wizards and pirates in the Spiral that are official to me when they aren't on the Official Fansite list! Guess who they are... Everyone that loves blogging about their favorite game! If you're not accepted to the Fansite List, keep blogging :) Don't quit blogging because of that, maybe you aren't ready yet. Maybe one day you will be and KI will accept your site :) 

Yesterday I said I had a lot of problems on my blog. I'm sure the first readers of the blog and wizards that joined last year know what I'm talking about. My blog started off to a rocky start. I was blogging every other week and then every other month. I didn't really didn't know if I would like blogging or not. At first.. I did want to become official in the beginning of 2011. I started blogging a little bit more and then found out KI wasn't accepting Fansites. I felt bad, but then a few weeks later I found out that I really did enjoy blogging! I submitted another Fansite Application, time can only tell if I'm accepted or not. If not, like I said already, I will keep blogging. Its something I love doing. I also have great plans for this year :) I know haven't blogged much so far, but get ready! I have big plans that I won't mention yet, I hope you enjoy them :)

I really hope this blog post helped a few wizards & pirates. You all rock! The best game community ever :)

Well... as you found out earlier Pirate101 is now accepting Pirate101 applications! There are so many sites that I think deserve to be an official site. I didn't know if Pirate101 would accept Fansites since they stopped on Wizard101. Now's your chance! Go to this link to submit an application!

This is an opportunity for any wizard out there that really wanted to submit one to Wizard101 before and they stopped. Don't forget you have to blog about Pirate101 too of course! You can also have a blog about Pirate101 and Wizard101, you have to make sure you label it Wizard101 or Pirate101 though... This brings me to something I did not to long ago..! 

I submitted an application! 

If you were wondering why my blog post title was, Don't ask me why :) , you now know! The past year I wasn't planning on submitting an application. Today I decided to though, only to help wizards (pirates) in the Spiral! I'm planning on blogging about my adventures in Pirate101 and a lot more things this year. You have to wait a little bit though :) I am not submitting a fansite application to have the title "Official" I'm submitting a link for the readers :) I want to help a little bit more instead of only blogging about my leveling in the game. I'm still going to do this even if I'm not accepted! Its going to be a great year :) Anyways.. Time to stop talking about this blog! I know quite a few blogs that are planning on submitting a Fansite submission and a few that probably won't when they should! Please do :) If you don't make it don't stop blogging, keep blogging. My blog has been through a lot and I'm still blogging! Everyone's blog is great, you can do it, try your best everyone :) Good luck! x sends everyone a Leprechaun x :D
