International Day of Awesomeness (W101 UK)

Today I went another event on Wizard101 UK! They had some fun events including hide and seek! I am very glad I did get on to see how this event was. It's really as fun as the one last time :) Last time I made it to the very end of the event though lol. I still had fun though. This one I made it an hour early!


One great thing about coming early to a big event is that you don't have to keep trying to switch realms to get to the main area. If you don't come early, it will take you awhile to get to the area or realm you want to be in. I have had times like that before! Anyways, this event was a black tie event.. I went to the event in green and no tie! :D At first I thought I was going to be the only one wearing something different, I wasn't though :D

I can't wait until another event! It's a lot of fun going to events like these on Wizard101. I am glad the moderators really do like communicating with everyone. I never met another moderator of the game until I joined Wizard101 UK and I think they are very nice. I heard from a few other wizards that they aren't during the event. If you meet them you will agree with me that they are nice, and really do like communicating with everyone. Not only are they nice and like to socialize they also are very helpful! Always remember they do a lot for the community. Thanks for reading everyone :)

Contest Winner

Yesterday I had a little contest. I had the contest for anyone wanting a few extra crowns since the new Ninja Lore pack was released. To win the contest you had to design a new wizard101 pack and to tell me your favorite thing about the new Wizard101 pack that was just released yesterday. The Winner is..... MASON SWIFTBLADE! Mason's Entry:

I would love to create a Celestia Pack. Maybe call it the Crustacean Treasure Pack? What I would want to see in it is some Crustacean Empire Themed housing! It would go gracefully with our Celestian Observatories! I would love to see some Celestia themed gear! I'm not too sure on packs but from what I know, there is a gear set for each 10 levels. If so, then it would be cool! A cool idea for a robe could be Crustacean's Leader Tunic. It would make the pack sound more rare and make it sound like wizards have retrieved the treasures of the Crustaceans and are placed in this pack! It would be cool to have some of the staffs that those Crustaceans have! They look awesome and I would love to have them on my Wizard! The reagents should be sea themed. Kelp, pearls and golden pearls, sunstone? Oooh! Oooh! And one of those Pisceans as a pet! That would be awesome as we defeat those mobs in Crustacean Empire and would be cool to see them as our pets! Maybe we could have our own mini Queen Calypso's ship as a mount? And the thing I LOVE about these new packs has to be the reward cards. It seems very cool to be able to train a card that you get in a pack. However, I hope these reward cards are rare as we don't want people going OP with these cards. My pack would cost 399 crowns. Hope I win the 5,000 crowns!






- Great Entry Mason! You completed everything to win the contest, and you designed a great new pack! I really do hope KI is reading this because this would be a great idea! Maybe they could design a pack for each world?! Oh and I think the entire pack sounds like something I would buy any day on the game! Now I really do want KI to release this Lol! Oh and that's my favorite thing about the new pack too! I am hoping the same thing, if people start using a new spell too much, it gets boring.. I am hoping its rare too! Ninja Lore game card pack! (W101 US)

Another pack! Wow Wizard101 makes one after another, didn't think they would make another one for awhile since they already made a lot of them. I am sure they will make more in the future since they keep making a new one every month or every other month!


Here's Wizard101 statement about this new pack!

- The ninja lore pack is here, and it's first Wizard101 game pack that allows your wizard a chance to gain entirely new spells! On top of that chance to get cool new robes, swords and the adorable new Shenlong Dragon pet - the Lore pack has three new reward spells!

The spells from the Ninja lore spell pack are reward spells, and do not cost your wizard a training point. They will go into your spellbook just like any spell you have learned from a trainer, and they will not disappear when you sell your spells back for Training Points with Mr. Lincoln. They will obey the rules of a normal spell, meaning you can blade, trap, enchant etc. Once you have received your spell from the Ninja Lore Pack, it will not appear as a reward again. You cannot delete or sell these special spells.

--There are 3 spells that you can learn! A ninja pig spell, Samoorai, and goat monk spell!

Another thing Wizard101 added was that the Ninja Lore Packs will obey the rules of pips and powerpips. That means if you are a storm wizard and use the Ninja pig spell it will take away 5 pips. If you have a myth mastery amulet, it will take away 3 power pips if you have them. I think this is very cool that Wizard101 added all of the things so I am going to have a contest TODAY :) I will announce the winner TODAY :D I hope you guys enter as much as you can.. These could be crowns to buy the Ninja Lore Pack! First though, this new pack costs 399 crowns! I will be giving away a 10 dollar gift card, so that equals 5,000 crowns. You will have a chance to earn the new spells or get the pet, robes, sword, or anything else in the new pack :) The contest is going to be simple though. If you could design a pack what would it contain, and how much would it cost, etc. Also with this, tell me your favorite thing about this new pack! Is it the spells? new pet? robes? Introducing edwardlifegem.com and one more change!

Hello Wizards!

I wanted to make a post to tell everyone that my blog link will not be edwardwintergem.blogspot.com anymore. Right now it is, after a few days it will be edwardlifegem.com! I wanted to make this change for awhile. I will do another post when my link finally changes.





It took me several months to finally change it to edwardlifegem.com. That was another goal to change it to edwardlifegem.com instead of edwardwintergem.blogspot.com.. A few other changes I have made if you have noticed has been a copyright symbol:


I am not saying that the posts are published by Gameforge. I post this symbol for every Wizard101 Image or links to a wizard101 blog with wizard101 images. Its a copyright thing. I will be posting this symbol below every post.

Another thing is I won't be able to post for the next few days until my blog link changes to edwardlifegem.com Don't worry though, I am sure I will have a lot to blog about when I do come back :) Thanks for reading everyone!

Pretending?

Hello Wizards,

Lately there have been a few things going on. One of them being that someone is pretending to be a few wizards including me, he hacks accounts and pretends to be Kingsisle and Gameforge. I am here to say the person who is doing this is not me, any other wizard he is pretending to be, or Kingsisle or Gameforge..


I think he is pretending to be everyone else so he doesn't get in trouble. I know some of the wizards he is pretending to be and I know they would never ask for a password from anyone. Acting like someone else and doing this isn't right at all. If you act like Kingsisle or Gameforge I am sure all of the accounts you hacked so far will be banned. They can find out if they were hacked or not.. If you know who this person is or is on your list you should report him to Kingsisle so they know. I made this post so everyone knows that all of the people he is pretending to be is not the fault. I am defending everyone he is pretending to be. Just so you know I made a few posts about Wizard101 US and UK not asking for passwords. They also tell everyone they would never ask for your passwords. Don't give away your password if someone says they are Kingsisle. If someone does ask for it and say they are Kingsisle, tell them to show you their badge. If it's on Wizard101 UK they will have MB Gear (That's their badge right now, they will have a badge soon) Always remember to NEVER give out your password to anyone who says they are Kingsisle or Gameforge. If they can't show you the things mentioned above, report them. Another thing is if anyone pretends to be someone who would never ask for a password, you know they are only pretending. All of the people he is pretending to be are people that would never do anything like that. He is pretending to be me, and I make a lot posts and statuses about not giving out your passwords to anyone. I know some of the people he is pretending to be would never do that either.
